Food Growing
This workshop will introduce foundational approaches and skills for growing food, naturally (with no chemicals). Learners will practice seed sowing and seed care, methods related to pest and disease management, composting, plant care and seed harvesting.

Food Processing + Preserving
This workshop provides step-by-step practical guidance on processing and preserving fresh, raw ingredients. We’ll be demonstrating delicious recipes from kimchi and herbal vinegars to lacto-fermented sauerkrauts and pickles!

Cooking
Come and learn to cook new dishes with us as we spotlight delicious, affordable and culturally-rooted recipes with lots of tasting, laughter and fun!

Lvl 1 Award in Practical
Horticultural Skills
This City & Guilds practical course is designed to build technical skills for anyone who is thinking about working as a gardener or wants to enhance their food production knowledge. Participants will study in our community garden with blended practical and classroom learning. The course centres around natural food growing approaches (without chemicals) and is held in partnership with ‘Go Grow With Love’
