Workshops will give a step-by-step practical guide to processing and preserving raw ingredients with delicious recipes such as lacto-fermented sauerkraut, kimchi, herbal vinegars and pickles.
Learning will take place on Thursday evenings at St Luke’s Church, Fernhead Road
The course cost is £105 (£26 per session across 4 session) and there are a limited number of free places available for those on a low-income.
