SUMMARY:South Kilburn CarniVale
DESCRIPTION:The South Kilburn CarniVale is a free community-led cultural fe
 stival\, with this year’s focus being on folk and heritage.  The Vale p
 art is a play on Carlton Vale.  It is called South Kilburn so as not to c
 onfuse it with other established festivals in Kilburn. It places being in 
 harmony with nature as a key element\, hence why we have signed up to the 
 Plant-Based Treaty and try our best not to harm the environment (reuse / r
 ecycle\, less plastic\, etc) nor serve / promote food which is harmful to 
 animals / the environment.  We also keep to plant-based to ensure communi
 ty cohesion as our residents are of mixed religions / beliefs and no faith
